First we had christmas, then new year passed, now the CNY holidays are juz about over. Wow, its passed by so fast, this 4-day holiday. Tomoro is the last day already! The weekend was nice. We had reunion dinner sat then we spent the nite at Lau Pa Sat eating satay after church on sun. Finally today, we visited my parents. Its been 3 interesting days and tat means tomoro is the last day of the holidays before we head back to work. To face the rest of wat could be a shitty year and leave the festive season behind for another year, sigh…and to wait for another december to come around.

Another sigh was my non-apearance at Ah Boy’s kindergarten CNY concert. We had Mgmt Meeting and I had a presentation on Volunteerism. Luckily everything was pretty much ok and I got off lightly. I wanted to take leave but cun. Its so strange, having mgmt meeting on practically CNY eve.  All I can do is re-live Ah Boy’s two performances on video and pix on Fri nite. Apparently Boy threw up juz upon reaching school but was called up to be a replacement at a K1 lion dance and he handled the lion head like he did last year. It was pretty cute. He also had his own song and dance wif his classmates. Your growing so fast, ah boy. I cun imagine you will be in primary 1 nex year. My wish is for you and girl to enjoy yourself and hav a happy childhood and I hope I hav achieved tat.

I watched Docaster play Villa at Harry’s on Sat and also Cardiff play Arse on Sun while the kids were at Borders. Bof matches were a disappointment. The premier league teams struggle away at small teams. They blady need a replay. Phooey! Wat a disgrace. They din even try to play. They thot they would stroll to victory! Phooey! Luckily Man U were playing at home. We beat Spurs 2-1 and the winner was a great pass by Carrick for Berba to score. No shame in the scoreline. We will be away to Forest or Derby in the nex round. Think we can handle them lah.

It was a good holiday while it lasted. Pity the 4 days passed by so quickly.
